While we strive to provide a diverse selection of chocolate, when it comes to our Bar of the Month Subscription Service, we regretfully cannot create separate chocolate bars tailored to every customer's specific dietary needs.

Our chocolate production process involves careful planning and consistent quality control to ensure that all our subscribers receive the same Chocolate Bar. This unfortunately means we are unable to make individual exceptions for allergies or intolerances.

We understand the importance of catering to various dietary requirements and we genuinely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We encourage those with allergies or intolerances to explore our alternative chocolate options. This way, you can enjoy chocolate that aligns with your dietary restrictions without compromising your health and well-being.

Pay Monthly - The same fee is taken each month (on the same date you made your initial purchase - e.g 12th of every month) The pay monthly option is for the bespoke Chocolate Bar only and does not include shipping, this will need to be added on at Checkout, which will be taken each month on top of your subscription amount.

One-off Payment - Our one-time payment option means you are paying for the subscription upfront and won't have any monthly costs after this. This payment option INCLUDES shipping every month hence the increased cost.
We aim to ship your delightful chocolate surprises on or around the 12th of each month. However, please note that this timeline may vary slightly due to external factors. We want to ensure that your precious package arrives in perfect condition, so we may need to make adjustments if there are any unexpected delays.
In addition, if the 12th happens to fall on a weekend, we kindly ask for your understanding as we don't ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
In such cases, we'll ship your package on the following Monday to ensure it doesn't spend unnecessary time in shipment facilities. Our primary concern is the quality and freshness of your chocolate experience.
